Her career has taken her around the world in preparation. At the age of eighteen she began her studies in the arts, advertising and marketing in Miami. Later Ilka worked in the production of numerous print and tv commercials for the fashion and advertising industry for the European and USA markets. This is where she developed her passion for photography and design and discovered her inherent gift. In the years to follow she relocated to Paris and Milan and founded modabimbi, where she photographed hundreds of children from around the globe.
Soon after that she began her journey featuring her most inner passion for nature and colors.
